The DSA Board of Directors must review the current Bylaws within 120 days of assuming office. Recommended changes must
be voted on by the general membership. This usually takes place in the January meeting, but must be done prior to the end
of March.
The Bylaws were updated and changes approved by a vote of the membership at the annual meeting on April 30, 2003. The
updated Bylaws are available by following the instructions below.
To view or print a copy of the current DSA Bylaws in "PDF" format, click on: DSA Bylaws. Or you may request a copy from
the DSA Secretary.
Policies and Procedures have been developed in an effort to guide the association's elected leadership, volunteers,
members and staff, with guidance on how the organization conducts its business. Click here to review the P&PM).
